| Concessions: | Concessionary tickets are available at many performances. If you think you may be entitled to a reduction please ask when making your booking. (N.B. You may be asked for proof of eligibility.) |
| Reserved seats: | Must be paid for within four days of booking and not later than 30 minutes before the performance. |
| Resales and Exchanges: | Can only be performed if tickets are returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance. We are unable to refund money but will issue customers with credit to be redeemed for another production at the Pomegranate Theatre or the Winding Wheel. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show (subject to availability). There is a charge of 50p per ticket for both services. |
